Safal Thapa Chhetri
Safal Thapa Chhetri is a Indo-Nepali singer, songwriter, composer and producer based in Siliguri, India.
His music speaks language of serene melodies, inarticulable feelings of one and soothing vocals, which is a center of his music.
Safal started his musical journey by publishing his songs written in English and then continued on to his native language, Nepali. He describes his music genre doesn’t have any fixed station, but it’s ever-changing. “Whatever words or melodies comes in my mind I write it down, and build it on my mind, fill it with emotions and blimey! here’s a new song” he explains.
Safal released his first single “My Girl” in 2018 as a experiment, which later became his first step into musical world. Along with this, he released “Me and You”, “My Love” and “Little Smile” which got some recognition, but he took down all his English release for a fresh beginning. Later in 2020 he released his first Nepali single “Ae Maya” on YouTube, which was minor success. His first major release arrived in 2021, with the release of “Tyo Dina” which was later followed by “Saathi ko mayaa”, “Andhyaro Kothamaa”, “K bhanoo ra”,”KURAKAANI”, “Kathaa” and many other .
